Handler's Lead

The Handler’s Lead is a compact, streamlined version of a traditional slip lead — designed for handlers who want a lightweight, reliable lead that keeps their dog confidently at heel without excess length.

Originally developed at the request of hunt test competitors, this lead was built for efficiency at the Line. The compact design allows for quick removal and easy storage in a pocket or game vest once it’s time to run.

Crafted from durable 1/2" BioThane®, the Handler’s Lead uses the same trusted design as our Large Slip Collar but features an integrated hand loop in place of the attachable ring. A built-in stopper allows the lead to be properly snugged to the dog’s neck for secure handling and control.

Sizing:

Available in one size designed to fit adult large breed dogs standing at heel, such as Labradors or Pointing Breeds.

• For medium-sized breeds similar to Cocker or Boykin Spaniels, we recommend our Thin Slip Lead for more length while maintaining the convenience of a one-piece slip lead.
